after having also used Revit, I love how easy it is to “walk” around the model in archicad. teamwork! we can all work in the project together, and it’s very quick to “send and receive” changes for all team members to be on the same page. definitely easier than model sharing in revit.

Photo rendering is too laborious. We don’t use CineRendering. Rendering in OpenGL is way faster and good enough if one sets up the right textures from the start. There are a number of ways within Archicad to do this, and depending on the project and client, we have options. The various options are also helpful with marketing. Our staff only needs to learn one program to from presentation to construction documents and because the program offers so many smart tools, it allows us to provide documents faster than any other program.
