In high school we used to work in Auto CAD and it was a great experience but quite a learning curve. First year of college we had Engineer Graphics as part of the curriculum and we were all given a paid version of Draft Sight. There are very small dislikes on my side regarding Draft Sight, the software is designed to be CAD software for technical drawing on the PC and you can do everything that the popular competitors can do but with a smaller price.
