The pricing policy is very bad. You need to pay every year in order to continue using it. 30 USD per year(!) is very expensive for such a niche product which you use maybe once or twice a month. Until version 10 they had a one-time payment, I purchased it then. This year () they offered to upgrade to version 11 but they did not tell you that the new license expires! It should be stated somewhere when upgrading that you lose this, shouldn’t it? Nothing on these pages:
Their communication strategy is bad, I would even say it is fraudulent / deceitful. Having a software like GoodSync, we don’t really have do any manual tracking. It takes care of comparing and we just have to choose what actions needs to be taken.
